Motorcoach Special Requests: Our excursions' seating is based on a priority system: residents first, any person with a handicap, then non-residents, and is based on when payment is received.  We do our best to accommodate special requests, but they are not guaranteed.  When registering, please notify us if you use a wheelchair or other mobility aid.

Excursion Cancellation Policy: To receive a refund on any excursion you must contact the Community Services Department at least ten business days prior to the excursion. An administrative fee of $5 will be charged on ALL cancellations. If cancellation is made less than ten business days prior, no refunds or credits are issued. Because we are required to repay for the excursions, we are unable to provide a credit or refund for a cancellation within 10 business days of an excursion.  Last minute cancellations must have a doctor's note to receive any refund.

Illness on Trips: If you are feeling ill please notify the escort immediately. Please do not leave the group without notifying the escort. A travelling kit is essential, though what you choose to put in it depends on your own individual needs. Please be advised city staff cannot dispense any medications.
