Halloween Carnival

This annual event is an affordable, family-friendly way to celebrate Halloween. The fun includes carnival games, crafts, jumpers, candy, train rides, music, and more. Bring a bag to collect candy, and child-friendly costumes are encouraged. To enjoy the activities, all children must have a purchased wristband. You can purchase wristbands prior to the event at a discounted price of $4. Wristbands will be on sale for $4 each from October 14 - October 25 at the Community Services offices, the Signal Hill Public Library, and the Youth Center. Please pay in cash. Cookies With Santa

Join Santa and Mrs. Claus for story time and cookies! Children will make crafts, sing themed songs, and more. There will be a chance for photos on Santa's lap, so be sure to bring a camera. Wear your favorite holiday pajamas! 

This event is $5 per person. Pre-registration is required. You can download and print the registration form (PDF) - please complete it and return it in-person with payment to the Community Services Department at 1800 E. Hill Street. Let's ring in the holidays with a visit from Santa, festive treats, music, and the lighting of the tree! We'll have crafts, train rides, pictures with Santa, and more. All activities are free of charge.
