The SHLA will provide an in-depth look at local government as well as opportunities for participants to interact with City staff and elected officials.  The interactive sessions will be led by representatives from all City departments.

SHLA will help make City functions more transparent and accessible to Signal Hill residents and community members. SHLA will provide information and insight about the City so that residents can become informed, effective, and inspired community leaders. The program is designed to foster collaboration and partnership between the City and its community.
