Human Resources is responsible for the development, recruitment, selection, classification, compensation, benefits, and performance management for City employees. The Department interprets personnel rules, labor and employee relations, policy and program compliance, workers' compensation, ADA/EEOC compliance, as well as instituting training & development activities, and employee recognition programs.
