Changes to Signal Hill water meter rates and water usage rates will take effect starting January 1, 2021. This rate change is per City Ordinance No. 2020-01-1512, passed on January 28, 2020. We encourage all residents to sign up for automatic bill payments for your convenience. To get started, please call 562-989-7315 or see the link below to create an online billing account.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Finance Counter at City Hall is open by appointment only. We are not accepting walk-in visitors. Please call Water Customer Service at 562-989-7315 if you need to make an appointment to come to City Hall in person.

To open an account for new water service, please call 562-989-7315. You will need to fill out the Water Service Application (PDF) and return to the Water Department via email at Finance1@cityofsignalhill.org, or mail to City of Signal Hill, 2175 Cherry Ave., Signal Hill, CA 90755.
