The Signal Hill Police Department has an officially designated liaison to the LGBTQ community. Our LGBTQ Liaison serves as an accessible and friendly ear to our LGBTQ community. The Liaison is available to handle any LGBTQ-related concerns and relay them to other members of the police department.
