You can help reduce crime in your neighborhood! Join the Signal Hill Police Department’s Neighborhood Watch program and come together with your neighbors to make a difference. Neighborhood Watch has long been recognized as the nation’s premier crime prevention and community mobilization program. Under the guidance of the Police Department, citizens serve as an extra set of eyes and ears to help report criminal activity in their immediate area. When suspecting criminal activities, members should always contact authorities and not intervene personally.
