The following forms and applications are processed by the Finance Department. Please note that we do not accept applications and/or payments online.

Alarm Permit Application (PDF) - Use to register your alarm with the City.
Bidder’s List Application (PDF) - Submit to place your business on the City’s vendor list.
Claim Form (PDF) - File a claim against the City of Signal Hill for damages to persons or personal property.
Domestic Low Income Water Discount (PDF) - Use to find out qualification requirements and apply for a discount.
