Itty Bitty Day Camp

June 17 - July 12, 2019 (closed on 7/4), Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Discovery Well Park Community Center (2200 Temple Avenue)
Ages 3 to 6

Cost and Registration Information
Resident:  $65/week, registration opens April 29$52 for the week of 7/4
Non-Resident: $85/week, registration opens May 28$68 for the week of 7/4

 Itty Bitty Day Camp Flyer (PDF)

Itty Bitty Day Camp is designed to provide children 3 to 6 with their first opportunity to enjoy the fun and friendships of day camp. Trained City staff are on hand to provide encouraging, supportive care for children in a safe and exciting environment. Children will spend time exploring and discovering. Children must be potty trained. Will not include lunch time.

Pre-registration is required and Signal Hill residents receive priority. Space is limited.  Call 562-989-7329 for more information.

$15 per week deposit due at the time of registration.  Payments will be due the Tuesday before camp.  Deposits are not transferable or refundable in case of changes or cancellation.

Please note:
The 2nd and 3rd grade groups are full weeks 4-7 and week 9.  There are a limited amount of remaining spaces for weeks 1-3 and week 8.
Space is limited.  First come first serve.
Resident registration is open.
Non-Resident registration opens on May 28, 2019

Signal Hill Summer Day Camp is an exciting traditional day camp program for school age kids that keeps them safe, busy and active during the summer! Friendly staff members organize activities for kids including games, sports, arts and crafts, science, culinary experiences and more! Twice a week, youth excursions will be offered for an additional cost. Pre-registration is required and Signal Hill residents receive priority. Signal Hill Summer Day Camp is offered at Signal Hill Park. This program is for grades 1 - 5.

Las Brisas Community Center (2399 California Avenue)
Meeting Spot: Signal Hill Park (Teens are transported to Las Brisas)
Monthly Fee: $40

Join us after school for new friends, service learning, video games, friendly competitions, arts and crafts, homework and more! The Signal Hill Tween program meets at the Signal Hill Youth Center and tweens are transported by City vehicle to the Las Brisas Community Center. Get your tweens out of the house and doing something fun after school! Tweens from all middle schools are welcome to meet at Las Brisas Community Center to join in on the activities. Tweens are picked up from Las Brisas Community Center.

Sports Camp

June 24 - 28, 2019, Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Signal Hill Park / Spud Field, 1780 E. Hill Street
Grades 1-5

During Sports Camp, coaches will help each child train for upcoming sports seasons. They will incorporate drills and games that focus on agility, strength and reflexes. Campers can expect to have fun while preparing themselves for upcoming sports seasons.
