On Monday, July 6, 2020, Signal Hill City Hall and the Community Services Department will re-open to the public by appointment only. All members of the public entering City Hall are required to wear face coverings that cover the mouth and nose, and adhere to all physical distancing guidelines. Visitors must be able to attest that they are symptom-free and have not been recently exposed to COVID-19.
We continue to encourage you to do business with us by phone or online. Virtual appointments are also encouraged.
