On Tuesday, March 3, voters will head to the polls to select their choice in the Presidential Primary Election. This is the first election to use LA County’s new Voting Solutions for All People (VSAP) system. Please take some time before the election to learn about VSAP. We’ve posted information on our website. We also recommend this overview of the new voting experience from the L.A. County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk’s office.

Voters in L.A. County no longer have to vote in-person on a single day. Voters have 11 consecutive days to vote in-person at any Vote Center county-wide. Vote Centers for the March 3, 2020 Presidential Primary Election open February 22 - March 3. Here is a list of all Vote Centers in L.A. County.

If you prefer to Vote by Mail, Signal Hill City Hall (2175 Cherry Avenue) is designated as a Vote by Mail drop-off location for this upcoming election. The drop-off box is located on the main floor lobby. Lobby hours are Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. You may drop off your Vote by Mail ballot at City Hall through 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3.
