The City of Signal Hill is pleased to announce the availability of funding to develop two affordable housing projects within the community.
The Notice of Funding Availability “NOFA” identifies up to $10 million in available housing funding the City Council approved for the development of the Walnut and Orange Bluff workforce housing sites. The City is looking for a qualified, affordable housing developer to leverage the Housing Authority’s funding and build up to 380 units.

Developers must submit proposals to be considered for funding; the udpated deadline is June 29, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. More information on the submittal requirements can be found on the Planet Bids Website.
