Bolt Up for Books: A Big Game Event for Kids

Ages 5 - 13

Join us for Bolt Up For Books: A Big Game Event for Kids. Participants will enjoy literary and football themed activities, a free book bag, food and drinks, crafts, and one free children’s book per family. This event is free. Space is limited, and pre-registration is required. Super Book TaleGate Adventure

Friday, January 31, 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Enjoy a meet and greet with best-selling authors Cassandra King Conroy, Fiona Davis, Kristin Harmel, Kristy Woodson Harvey, Kristina McMorris, Mary Alice Monroe, Jan Moran, Karen White, Beatriz Williams, and more! Tickets to this exciting event include a glass of wine or beer, light bites, an informal author presentation, book signing, photo ops, and the opportunity to engage in meaningful and intimate conversation with multiple bestselling authors. African-American History Celebration

Saturday, February 22, 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Events will be located throughout the Library. All ages welcome.

Join us as we celebrate African-American History Month at the Library! Fun and educational activities and events will be throughout the day, including art, special story times, and live entertainment. We'll also help you discover the Library's rich resources to learn more about African-American history and culture.
